The Ministry of Health has recently received two oxygen transportation trucks from UNDP The Gambia, funded by The Global Fund.
These trucks were officially handed over to Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital (EFSTH) and Bansang General Hospital.
The Ministry stated that this timely support will significantly enhance the safe and efficient distribution of medical oxygen to health facilities across the country, thereby improving access to lifesaving services, especially in emergency and critical care settings.

The Ministry expressed sincere appreciation to UNDP and The Global Fund for their continued partnership and commitment to improving healthcare delivery in The Gambia.
